Delivery Policy
At LEAFI Aroma, we aim to deliver your order quickly and carefully across the UAE.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed before 2 PM are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next working day.
UAE Delivery Time
For deliveries within the UAE:
Orders placed before 2 PM are usually delivered the next day.
Orders placed after 2 PM are usually delivered within 1–2 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weekends, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a confirmation message or email with delivery details where available.
Changing Your Order
If you need to change your delivery address or order details, please contact us immediately.
We can only make changes if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Delivery Address Responsibility
Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, and order details are complete and accurate.
LEAFI Aroma is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery charges.
Undelivered Orders
If your order cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional delivery charges may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Please include your order number, photos of the product, and photos of the packaging so our team can assist you quickly.
