Return & Refund Policy

At LEAFI Aroma, we want every order to arrive safely and match the product you selected. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, in the same condition as received, and accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used fragrance products, including fragrance oils, room sprays, reed diffusers, and candles.

Personalized, custom-made, clearance, or final-sale items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@leafiaroma.com.

Please include your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you return instructions.

Please do not send any item back before receiving approval from our customer care team.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Opened fragrance oils
  • Used or opened room sprays
  • Used or opened reed diffusers
  • Burned or opened candles
  • Used aroma diffusers or scenting machines
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards, vouchers, or store credit
  • Clearance or final-sale products

4. International Orders

For international orders, returns and refunds may not be accepted due to shipping restrictions, customs rules, and fragrance-product handling limitations.

If an international order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution where possible.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for eligible returns within the 14-day return window.

If an order is cancelled after it has already been shipped or fulfilled, delivery and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Express shipping, same-day delivery, or special delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by LEAFI Aroma.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or opened packaging, we may reject the return or apply a deduction from the refund amount.

If the order was paid using a voucher, discount code, gift card, or store credit, the refund may be issued in the same form.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.

If the order has already been fulfilled, dispatched, or handed over to the courier, cancellation may still be possible, but shipping and return costs may apply.

8. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, a photo of the outer packaging if the package arrived damaged, and a short description of the problem.

After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and product condition.

This does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect handling, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.

9. Purchases from Other Platforms

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly through our official website: leafiaroma.com.

For products purchased through third-party platforms such as Amazon, Noon, retail stores, or other marketplaces, please follow the return and refund policy of the platform or seller where the purchase was made.
