Shipping policy

UAE Delivery

Orders placed before 2 PM (GST) are usually dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next working day.

Dubai orders are usually delivered the next day. Across the rest of the UAE, delivery usually takes 1–2 working days.

Shipping is free on UAE orders over AED 200. For smaller orders, the shipping rate is shown at checkout.

GCC Delivery

We deliver across the GCC for a flat AED 45 shipping fee. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing and are shown at checkout.

Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, you may be responsible for additional delivery charges. We will contact you to arrange reshipment.
