Orders & Delivery
How fast is delivery in the UAE?
We deliver next-day across the UAE (no dispatch on Sunday). Order before 2 PM and Dubai orders are dispatched the same day. Delivery is free on orders over AED 200; below that, the courier fee is shown at checkout.
Which areas do you deliver to?
All seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an order confirmation right after checkout and tracking details once your parcel is dispatched. You can also message us any time on WhatsApp (the chat button on this site) with your order number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash on Delivery across the UAE.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item. Returns are free UAE-wide on unopened items in their original packaging. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

What is waterless (cold-air) diffusion?
Our diffusers atomise pure fragrance oil into a fine dry mist using cold air — no water, no heat, no burning. That preserves the oil's full scent profile and gives a consistent, even fragrance instead of a scent that fades minutes after spraying.
Which oils work with LEAFI diffusers?
LEAFI diffusers are designed for LEAFI fragrance oil bottles — 10 ml and 20 ml bottles for the car range, and larger bottles for home and space diffusers. Each product page lists the bottle size the device takes.
How long does a bottle of oil last?
It depends on the intensity setting you choose and how long the diffuser runs each day — most customers get several weeks of daily use from a bottle at a moderate setting.
Do car diffusers really come with free oils?
Yes — every LEAFI car diffuser includes two free 10 ml fragrance oils (an AED 80 value). A best-seller pair is pre-selected on the product page and you can swap them for any scents you prefer before adding to cart.
Are the diffusers safe to use around the home?
Cold-air diffusion uses no heat and no open flame. As with any fragrance product, keep oil bottles out of reach of children and pets and use the diffuser in a normally ventilated space.
